It has been said that “too much of a good thing can be bad,” and the New York Rangers are experiencing that first hand. There has been much to do about the lack of depth at the center position. There has been mention of the top four defensemen, and there have been rumors of Nick Holden being on the move. While Tyler Bozak has been mentioned as a target, and places like Edmonton have been named as potential destinations, one fact remains; the New York Rangers cannot keep Nick Holden.

Well it definitely wasn’t the most entertaining game of the season, in fact I would say that other than the Devils game, this was the worst for the Rangers thus far. The team got off to a sloppy start and besides for a 21 second span in the 2nd period, never really found their legs. Read more

The Rangers are in Colorado to face the abysmal Avalanche. So much for Patrick Roy‘s coach of the year award as his Avs have been floundering since. New York should still get two points, but the possibility of not having Rick Nash in there at least gives Colorado a shot. Read more

Don’t let the score fool you, this was a 3-3 game late in the third period when Carl Hagelin broke the deadlock. If not for the rookie’s dominant play and Cam Talbot’s 14 saves in the third period, it could’ve been a different outcome. Read more
